Terms of service

Your account

You need to be at least 18 and able to act for your organization. Keep your password safe and tell us at security@getcampaignkit.com if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.

Your content

You own the captions, images, logos and links you put in Campaign Kit. You give us permission to host, copy, resize and display them only to run the service, including showing your published kits to anyone with the link. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including people's photos and names.

Acceptable use

• No spam, deception or impersonation.
• No illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.
• No links to malware, phishing or scams. We check short-link destinations and may disable any link without notice.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period. Prices are shown before you pay and taxes are added where required. During the beta, paid features are free and nothing is charged. Public kit pages never go offline because of billing: if a payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days, then move to Free limits.

AI drafts

AI suggestions can be wrong. They are saved as drafts and you decide what to publish. You are responsible for what you publish.

Availability

We work hard to keep Campaign Kit fast and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Campaign Kit is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice when we reasonably can. After closing, you have 30 days to export your content before we delete it.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Montréal. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you at least 30 days before. Questions: hello@getcampaignkit.com.
